By accessing or using PostMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all these terms, you are not authorized to use or access the service.
PostMatch is a sports analytics platform that provides football clubs and coaches with access to match data, performance statistics, highlights, and analytical tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must register for an account to use certain features of the service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Certain features of PostMatch require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
You agree not to use PostMatch in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. You must not misuse the platform by introducing viruses, or other malicious code, or by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.
The PostMatch service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Thinking Engines Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Your use of PostMatch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thinking Engines Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on the platform. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
